These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of Site Scan Pros’ website and professional drone mapping and infrastructure intelligence services.


By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Site Scan Pros provides professional drone services including, but not limited to:

  • Construction progress documentation

  • 2D and 3D mapping

  • Orthomosaic imaging

  • Pavement Condition Index (PCI) assessments

  • Aerial photography and video documentation

  • Ground scanning and data capture

  • Infrastructure intelligence reporting

All operations are conducted by FAA Certified Commercial Drone Pilots operating under Part 107 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations.

2. Quotes & Payment Terms

  • All quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal.

  • Pricing may vary based on site conditions, access limitations, airspace restrictions, or scope changes.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the project agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • No flight will be scheduled without confirmation of scope and pricing.

3. Airspace & Regulatory Compliance

Site Scan Pros operates in compliance with:

  • FAA Part 107 regulations

  • Airspace authorization requirements

  • Local and federal aviation laws

  • Certain projects may require additional authorization. Delays due to airspace restrictions, weather, or regulatory limitations are not the responsibility of Site Scan Pros.

4. Weather & Scheduling

Drone operations are subject to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Wind limitations

  • Visibility requirements

  • Safety restrictions

If conditions are unsafe, flights will be rescheduled at no penalty.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate project location details

  • Ensure lawful access to the property

  • Secure necessary permissions for drone operations

  • Provide any required site access or coordination

  • Site Scan Pros is not responsible for delays caused by lack of site access or inaccurate information.

6. Deliverables

Deliverables may include:

  • Aerial imagery

  • Orthomosaic maps

  • 2D/3D mapping files

  • Pavement condition analysis

  • Video documentation

  • Data exports

  • Specific deliverables will be defined in the project agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Deliverables are licensed to the client for business use.

  • Raw files remain the property of Site Scan Pros.

  • Redistribution or resale of deliverables without written consent is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Site Scan Pros provides professional aerial documentation and analysis services. However:

  • Deliverables are informational tools and should not replace licensed engineering, surveying, or legal assessments.

  • Site Scan Pros is not liable for decisions made based on provided imagery or data.

  • Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Site Scan Pros from claims arising from:

  • Unauthorized site access

  • Misuse of deliverables

  • Violation of local property laws

  • Misrepresentation of project conditions

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of Site Scan Pros and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement. In general:

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled flight may incur fees.

  • Rescheduling due to weather does not incur penalty.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

12. Modifications
